C-Shell provides a comprehensive medical dental insurance plan for eligible employees and their dependents, and we pay 50% of the full premium.

Life Insurance
C-Shell provides important financial protection for you and your family. Life insurance plan is up to $50,000 and in case of an accidental death additional $50,000.

Long term Disability
C-Shell provides long term disability plan to help eligible employees cope with an illness or injury that results in a long-term absence from employment. LTD is designed to ensure a continuing income for employee who is disabled and unable to work.

Workers Compensation
As required by state law C-Shell participates in a comprehensive workers compensation plan. This program covers any injury or illness sustained in the course of employment.
